Settlers of Catan Friends and Family Super Bundle (4th Edition) Reviews
Returning home just in time for Christmas after a 15-month deployment to Iraq, I bought this set as a present to the entire family. After we played one game so I could teach them the basics, they were HOOKED! From my non-gaming wife to my ultra-competitive teens to my "don't want to be left out" 11-year old, everyone LOVED the games! This is definitely off the charts on the fun meter. Educationally, it teaches real life lessons about supply and demand, personal interactions, integrity, disappointment and many valuable skills that apply to life in general. The playing cards and cardboard pieces will eventually wear out with the extensive use at our house. So, I anticipate being a future customer for replacement parts. Overall, this is the best game ever for a night of fun interaction with the entire family!
